You can manage strings in the following ways: 

Update File

Click to select how to update your file. This feature is designed for adding new strings from your new file into the existing one.

It will introduces new content, skips duplicates, updates values with identical keys. 

Add & Delete Strings

Directly input new strings or remove existing ones from your project list for precise content management.

Select, Search, Filter & Sort

Enhance navigation through your strings with tools to select multiple strings, search by keywords, filter based on criteria, and sort your strings for efficient project organization.

Download File

• The download functionality ensures the file format matches the one used for upload, with the exception that strings entered via the edit box will be downloaded as a CSV file.

• The download includes the latest online versions of Source String, Key, Description, and Translation at the time of download. Content from the original file not parsed during upload, such as additional columns or notes, will not be included in the download.

• For untranslated strings, they will appear as blank entries in CSV format, while in other formats, the source string will be replicated where translations are absent.
