✨Why is Publishing Necessary?
All translations must be published for them to take effect in your store. Only after publishing will translations processed through Locales.ai be officially recognized as assets in your Shopify store.
Deleted translations also require publishing to be applied.


🔹Publishing Status & Pending Translations
If there are unpublished translations, you will see a "Pending" label on the corresponding "Publish" button in the Dashboard.
Click Publish to finalize the process—once completed, the "Pending" status will disappear.

Locales.ai allows you to publish translations in different ways:
Single-language publishing – Publish translations for one language at a time.
Category-based publishing – Publish all translations within a specific category.
Single-entry publishing – Publish individual translation entries.


🎯Troubleshooting: If Translations Do Not Update Immediately
If you notice that translations are not updating on the storefront after publishing, it may be due to caching issues. In this case:
  • 🔄 Wait a few moments and refresh your store.
  • ⏳ If the issue persists after retrying, or if you see a "Publish failed" error, please contact customer support for assistance.
