Service Description 

Locales.ai offers users software localization services, assisting in translating content into different languages and adapting to the cultural norms of specific regions.

User Accounts 

To use Locales.ai, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account information updated.

User-Submitted Content 

Through the use of Locales.ai, you may need to submit content for localization. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such content and allow us to process it for localization.

Intellectual Property 

All user content submitted to Locales.ai remains the property of the original owner. We do not claim any ownership over the content you submit.

User Responsibilities 

• You are responsible for protecting your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. 

• You agree not to submit any infringing, illegal, threatening, abusive, or otherwise unlawful content.

Payment and Tokens 

• Purchasing Tokens: Users can purchase Tokens through our provided payment channels to use paid services on Locales.ai. All Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. 

• Token Usage: Tokens can be used to purchase all paid services offered on Locales.ai. The value of Tokens and the cost of services will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. 

• Payment Channels: We provide payment services through third-party payment processors. Your payments will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of your chosen payment provider. We are not responsible for any actions of third-party payment processors or your transactions with them.

Refund Policy 

• Refund Requests: If due to our error or system failure, the services you purchased are not provided as expected, we may consider refund requests. All refund requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase, via email to support@agiforge.com, and include purchase details, a description of the issue, and any relevant proof. 

• Refund Process: Once a refund request is accepted, we will refund the amount in the original payment method used for purchasing Tokens, unless otherwise specified. Please allow at least 10 business days to process and issue refunds. 

• Non-Qualifying Refund Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided if the services are provided as expected or you fail to use the services in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Modification and Termination 

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you.

Disclaimer 

Locales.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our service, but do not guarantee the service will meet your specific needs or achieve all the effects described in promotional materials. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
